Built in the 1740’s, a part of the building was transformed at the end of the 19th century and is now characteristic of its former silhouette, its covered slate houses and its square tower.

Château SAHUC LATOUR is acquired by the Poujardieu family in 1919.

In 1980, a second property is acquired, Château LAUVIGNAC, located approximately 500 m from the château SAHUC, consisting of approximately four and a half hectares in size. The total size of these two châteaus is ten hectares.

Today, the third generation is responsible for the destiny of this château.
Mme Dominique Bonnet, is responsible for the administrative management and customer service.

Since 1998, the corporate name of the inheritance is the SCEA Château SAHUC.

The two properties are located on the Preignac commune.
